Update: New box sent. Any issues I had with the first one seem to have been resolved for now. The box is really very fast. The problem with Google Play was fixed when I agreed to receive updates and promotions from them, which I didn't really want, but oh well. The box comes with the Netflix app, but when I searched for Netflix on Google Play to update it, the app doesn't show up. However, the Netflix app on the box works just fine. Just don't delete the app as you will need to restart your box to restore it. Both remotes work great, I like being able to type from the remote instead of clicking on the screen letter by letter. If anything wrong comes up as a result of this new experience I'll come here and post it, but so far so good. I would give credit for the excellent customer service, sellers rarely back up their products without giving you a problem. Original Review: I bought this box as a Christmas present. A few days after Christmas a friend calls me and tells me that the box keeps freezing and it's almost impossible to install Kodi or any builds. Thinking he was too dramatic I went to his house and tried to set it up like I did with my Android box but I had to apologize to him because he was 100% right. The presentation of the box is nice, but the box itself is rubbish. My android box has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM and it is more powerful than this box. They also post updates and if there are no updates they will indicate it by telling you that you have the latest update and not the same with this box. When I tried to update to see if the problem with that box was fixed, I got an error. I think a 3GB box with 32GB of onboard storage and an octa-core processor would do much better. Another thing is that after setting up a Google account, every time you try to open the Google Play app, an annoying pop-up appears asking if you want to allow Google to update you hold, and so on, even if you reject or accept it, it always will pop up every time, very annoying. I am so disappointed in this box and embarrassed by my friend.
