I've waited over 2 months to write a review and I'm very happy with this supplement. My dog has been struggling with severe degenerative heart valve disease and congestive heart failure. I got this supplement over 2 months ago because my dog was really bad. He's been there for almost a week and no change. I took him to the vet as he was on all sorts of prescription drugs to make sure he wasn't suffering. He was breathing horribly and coughing very hard. The vet said if his oxygen levels got worse, he would have to go back to the emergency vet. That night everything changed and he was active and running like crazy. I know it's a supplement but it took about a week for it to start working. He takes one pill a day and has more energy than he has in the last 9 months. I highly recommend it but just give it some time. The pills are big and he is a small dog (14lbs) but he picks them up easily in his pill bag.
