The idea behind this product is great; however, the relevance of this is severely lacking. Aesthetic: I found this product to be very smooth and pleasing to the eye. . . He also seemed heavy and well built. . . This unit's "chime" was very loud and could be heard throughout the house. . . but that's all about "Pro". . .Now for the critics: the audio quality was very poor, and this was true of both (1) when using the Bluetooth phone as a traditional phone and (2) the docking system speakers when docking an iPhone (for music). In addition, the reception of the Bluetooth phone was satisfactory. I gave this product a few days and wanted it to be successful. . . as said, "the idea behind this product" was great. So I'm still looking for such a product. . . just not this one. Sincerely, Steve S
