So initially I had literally no menu no matter what you pressed. I updated the firmware and the menu returned. So after unpacking I was very disappointed and almost sent it back. FYI out of the box they are stuck at 25mW and the signal range drops off quickly after a few football pitches. Not allowed in my book. Check out the FCC hack, it bumps it up to a selectable 500/600/1000/1200mW. It also works on the new firmware. The range is completely unrealistic once you increase the mw a bit. Of course it doesn't work for me on 1.2w. I never would :P
