Replacing the batteries saved me $
I needed to replace the batteries in my three Uniden cordless phones or buy a new set of cordless phones for my desk phone. Since replacing three batteries cost a little over $15 and about four times the cost of replacing phones, I decided to swap out the batteries. The batteries seem to be holding up well. Having recently replaced the batteries in my cordless phones, I'm not sure what the battery life will be like. However, the originals (replaced with these batteries) lasted about ten years.
