Very happy to have this product to use 2 hanging points next to the top edge when hanging large items help the frame. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed with the product. The knobs that tighten the adjustable pieces stick out about an inch and rest against the wall, just above the "nail" that should mark the wall. In my many arts, where the hanging dots are at the top of the art, it's not possible to indent with the device. I spent an hour hanging an artwork only to resort to the old fashioned way of measuring and trying to place the hangers/nails at the correct spacing and height. I had already disposed of the shipping box when the item arrived, otherwise I would have definitely returned it. Online videos are very fast and completely useless. I watched it 10 times and made sure the product was oriented correctly etc. Thank goodness I ordered another hanger which came in handy for simple single nail/hook pieces. Don't waste your money if you have art where the hanging pieces are on top of the art.
