Very good paper filter
I have used #4 cone filters for many years. Brown clearly gives a better flavor than any white I've used. Each paper filter produces a very clean coffee pot (almost quite a lot of dirt at the bottom). However, none of the paper filters I've used give you the back-mouth flavor that you get with a metal filter. Without the back of the mouth aroma I have to give 4 stars otherwise it would be 5 stars.
