First of all, I want to say that this rack has potential, especially for small rooms. My bathroom is very small and my BR doesn't have much storage space so that's useful - there's decent shelving space and the shelves seem strong enough although my bathroom items aren't very heavy - it works but here's my other Take away: - This is not a high quality product - it is a bit flimsy. The bars are very thin (maybe that's why they're good for a small space) but don't expect a heavy-duty, heavy-duty shelf because it's not lol - DO NOT buy this 'used' item from Amazon! I used mine and he said nothing was missing, the box was just damaged - a lot of screws were missing and one of the ends on one of the pieces was almost broken - I just broke it in the end because it wouldn't work otherwise. I had to use a lot of heavy duty glue to do this job (I didn't have the patience or time to go back for more). Spend about $6 more and just buy it new! - My toilet seat didn't get the bottom shelf free of the missing screws so I had to glue the bottom shelf on so I could use it lol won't buy this used again! - It was a bit difficult to assemble. Maybe it's because I didn't have enough parts, but a few holes didn't fit at all no matter how many times I took it apart and put it back together. The instructions are a bit confusing and the parts are not labeled. I painted this unit black so the color shown in the photo/video is not the color you will receive and finally I'm sorry the video was so shaky lol but I hope it was helpful! Overall this is a decent storage unit for the price and it will definitely work for smaller spaces, just do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT buy it used!
