If these pans were an inch longer and wider they would be PERFECT! As it is, I'm fine. I use them exclusively to roast 2 salmon fillets each week, about 1/2 pound each. The old foil shapes I bought were a bit longer and wider, but they have been discontinued. These slightly smaller pans that I can now buy from Revain are just what I need. I'm happy with the weight and thickness of the pans and they have a ribbed base for roasting meat and fish. The price is satisfactory. Can't comment on ease of cleaning as I throw them away after cooking - that's why I buy them in the first place!
