Missing 6 nuts for upper pad bracket

So pretty disappointed with the directions. I had to look at the picture online to see where everything went. They contacted me about the missing nuts to send me some, but I had already gone to the hardware store to get some to finish assembly (which I told them). The reply email from them was a poor translation to English. It's kind of flimsy but will get the job done. Listen to me when I tell you they use the absolute MINIMUM of hardware to assemble. I mean the top pad that you will spend most of your time leaning on is only held on by two small bolts. I don't expect that to last very long and will attach 6 to 8 self-tapping screws most likely. Is what it is, you get what you pay for.
