The instruction is not in English and it is not clear how to assemble.

Instructions in Chinese I believe. It's not clear how to put the 2 flat pieces on top of the round ones, I can figure out the other pieces from the pictures, but I can't figure out how to put the flat pieces on top of the round ones, and there's no instruction in English. .I don't want to go back, I want to keep.
