Nice pizza peel for the pizza maker at home
I received a Mont Alpi pizza oven as a gift and bought this peel to slide pizza in and out of the oven. For that it works great. However, to get the pizza, I used tongs and pulled it straight onto the plate. Although exfoliation works great. The extra smooth surface makes it easy to slide floured pizzas directly onto the stone or pan. Any moisture and it's like hitting the brakes - but moisture would be an issue for any shell.
