Review on Ecosoft by Salvador Taisacan

I recently had the unpleasant misfortune of making purchases from Ecosoft, and I have to say that I am incredibly dissatisfied with both the quality of their goods and the overall customer experience. First off, despite what they advertise, their product selection is not as amazing. The equipment I ordered was of poor quality and did not perform as promised. It was a frustrating encounter, and I felt as though I had wasted money by purchasing their goods. Their customer service representatives were also unresponsive and useless. It took me a few tries to get them to answer some of my inquiries about my order. It was irritating because when I eventually did receive an answer, it wasn't really beneficial or instructive. Additionally, their delivery timeframes were a major letdown. My order arrived considerably later than anticipated, which was quite annoying and put my home repair work behind schedule. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to use Ecosoft. My experience with them has been incredibly disappointing due to their poor product quality, inattentive customer support, and delayed delivery. I advise going elsewhere if you're looking for dependable and high-quality home renovation products.
