The most important features are the ease with which you connect with people and share what is needed for the meeting as well as your presence information such as when it was recorded. I love being able to access my recordings even if I am not connected to an internet connection because we all know how unreliable these connections become every once in awhile! In addition, there isn't anything else I dislike from this app! Being able to use multiple rooms while connecting with others who are remotely working away at their work space from home! It has allowed us to be more effective with everyone's tasks by having them collaborate in virtual environments together! I like that you can easily switch between rooms and see everyone in each room. It is easy to use and navigate. There are some bugs with the app but it's not too bad. If you want an easy way to manage your meeting, this is the best option. We're using it for a virtual conference and it has been very helpful. The biggest benefit is the ability to switch rooms without having to log off and back in.
