Firstly, I'm not a music lover who owns high impedance headphones and an amp, but I do like great sounding music. Everything sounds clearer with these headphones, the bass sounds fuller and the highs sound crisper. You can tell where the instruments are in relation to each other when listening to music with these headphones, but mostly from left to right. When it comes to passive noise cancellation, these headphones have it, but you'll still be able to hear what's going on around you. Maybe it only works for me, but while it's not the same as wearing earplugs, it can still reduce outside noise. For the price I think these are good headphones.
