Makes water crystal clear! I'll admit I added this at the same time I replaced some of the sponges with biomedium and it seemed cloudy for 5 or 6 days, but I think that was because I was using the natural cycle of the system bothered me, because after this first week the water is PERFECTLY clear. I will be incorporating this into my tank routine from now on.
