Works as described. I bought a Sony A6500 and previously bought a Fotodiox adapter that only worked with one of my lenses. After sending it back I had the choice between Sigma MC11 and Metabones. At $150 less I decided to try the Sigma first. The Sigma MC11 works with all my Canon lenses including: EF85/1.8EF35/1.4EF70-200/4EF24-70/2.8 and all focus very quickly in AF-S and AF-C modes. doesn't work with my old Tamron 17-35/2.8-4 and doesn't work well with my old NEX5N which focused with a Canon lens but very very slow. /1.8 for some indoor sports in very low light. Probably one of the most difficult conditions for autofocus systems. (typically f/2, 1/500, ISO8000) and focus speed and accuracy were excellent. I haven't had a new Canon body in 10 years (before that I had a 1Dmk3) and now I appreciate the advances in autofocus technology over the last 10 years.
