Although I consider myself active, these headphones are quite useful in a relaxed setting. I enjoy listening to Audible books as much as I enjoy listening to music and the quality is good on both tapes. Sounds like a surround sound system, but purely for the ears. The noise canceling technology is significantly better than the predecessors. I like the more compact design. Makes it more stable when held in ears. The only downside I find is that, like other nylon wires I've bought before, the wire protector where the connector plugs in tends to bend and break a bit after repeated wear. I don't wrap it tightly around my iPhone. Apart from that, this headphone has a modest price tag due to the upgraded design and sound quality. Definitely worth a look. It looks like Symphonized has taken the criticism and made a big step forward, and I think it's in the right direction so far. Check it!
