I love our little apple, it works so well! We use it in restaurants to keep my son's toys and sometimes his spill proof cups from falling on the floor. I keep ours in a ziplock bag to keep them clean. It's a "sticky" type of pad that really helps stick to the table. I always wipe the table with a tissue paper before sticking it on. If there are crumbs or salt and pepper on the table, they will all stick to the suction cup and prevent them from sticking to the table. I found out on our first use. I had to wash the salt and pepper off the apple, but it came off easily. We haven't found a (clean) table yet where it doesn't stick. This children's gadget is highly recommended! :)
