The belt holder is unreliable.

Overall a good product but there is a flaw. The phone is not securely attached to the belt. Often fails. Luckily, the case offers excellent protection. However, if the phone is taken out discreetly, perhaps while sitting or driving, you can lose the phone and leave it without it.
