This monitor mount is really cool! I was able to assemble the bracket and mount the monitors in about 15 minutes. I've seen a lot of people talking about monitors shaking when their desk moves, I don't seem to have this problem. (If you have this problem, try adjusting the tension on the shocks so they move less). After assembling the monitor mount, make sure you adjust the tension on the arms so that when you move the monitors, they stay where you move them. If you don't, they will fly up in the air like slingshots. I like that the mounting tabs have room to hide the monitor cables even though I'm not using them. I have a feeling if I run the wires through the brackets as recommended they will snag or there will not be enough slack to move the monitor so I just left them. The 2 USB ports at the base are very good and practical. just plain USB cables that attach with a couple of screws and a piece of plastic at the bottom. I especially like that these are free USB cables as you can use the fast charge connector on one and plug it into the wall and the other I plugged into my computer for quick access to the drive ports. Overall I'm very happy with the monitor mount, I don't think I've just encountered a scam although there is one thing people might consider a scam that doesn't bother me too much. The wall is quite a lot. That being said, I would recommend this monitor mount to anyone who likes to constantly adjust the position of their monitor, or anyone who has 2 different monitors and just wants them side by side. Good buy for the price.
