The Ideal Case of False Advertising: HUA

Recently, I placed a purchase from HUA, and it was a total letdown. The products I got were nothing like what was advertised, and the website was full of false promises. The hair extensions appeared more like a rat's colony than human hair because they were matted and tangled. The hairstyles weren't even close to the pictures posted online and were of poor quality. The cosmetics and personal care items were also completely useless; I could have just as easily been rubbing dirt on my skin. I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting customer support, but I was met with unhelpful and dismissive agents who were obviously unconcerned with their clients. Instead of admitting that they were misrepresenting their products, they made it seem like it was my responsibility that I didn't like them. I had to eventually toss everything away and spend my hard-earned money on inferior goods. HUA is the ideal illustration of a business that puts profit ahead of client satisfaction, and I would never suggest them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from this dishonest business.
