I'm so glad I took the opportunity to purchase this costume! It fits true to size and I ordered a medium and am a size 6-8. I am also tall with a small chest. However, I felt very attractive with enough cleavage. I would say the cup size is smaller than B cup. I like that it has a lot of padding in the bra area.
