Device won't turn on
Power switch won't stay on. My electrician installed a smart outlet where I want to install a heating pad. The socket turns on the electricity an hour before you wake up and works for several hours depending on how long it takes to dry the towels (winter or summer). After installing the heater, I found that the heated towel rail also turns off when the power is turned off at the outlet. You have to manually press the power button on the heater to turn it on in the morning. Not sure why it's designed that way. Overall, the towel warmer makes a well-made impression. Hardware fits exactly.
