I am amazed at the overall positive experience with this product. With that in mind I was happy to order for my Dyson V11. Well, they successfully changed it to another, and none of them worked at all. The light went on and off, the roller didn't move. Really disappointing. Maybe it's because it was a V11 and others are more successful because they have one of the other Dysons. Much luck.
