Good solution for kids who need anger reduction!

I bought the Everest box set for my son's 12th birthday. He has some anxiety and aggression issues and it was better than a punching bag that wouldn't fit in our apartment. He likes to hit her, just like his 7 year old sister. Not too soft, gloves are good for kids. I have big hands and they don't fit me. The gloves work well for me and I like to let the kids hit me.
