i am very white My skin is very fair and has been mine all my life. I also hate using sunscreen so when I was offered this Mossy Oak sun shirt I had to buy it. This shirt is incredibly comfortable. Baking under the Louisiana and Southeast Texas sun is one of my least favorite hobbies, but due to work and the fact that my son plays soccer, I often fight the sun. I wore this t-shirt all day during one of my son's recent tournaments. The day started hot and sunny and quickly turned into a wet, damp mess with rain lasting over two hours. Then the sun came back and heated us up for several hours. I felt pretty cool throughout the tournament, especially considering this shirt has long sleeves. The wind cut through nicely to provide some relief and it dried fairly quickly when wet from the rain. I didn't get a sunburn either. We left the tournament with my winning son and I wore this shirt all the way up to our hour and a half drive home. It never bothered me. I definitely love this shirt and I think you will too.
