Looked cute in the listing but arrived dirty! The original tule had brown crusty crap all over it. Thank goodness I can sew! I ripped that off and made my own tutu. The onesie is a thin polyester. The tie is navy. It was cute for pictures but my child did not wear it long as it was tight at the legs, it doesn't stretch. She wears 3-6 months and I ordered the 6 month size option. Not worth the cost.

- Its navy blue not black. Purchase with intent on it being black and it was not at all black on any part.
