Update - I am bumping my rating up to 4 stars due to their amazing customer service. They saw my feedback and were quick to reach out and make it right. This company stands behind their products.Original review - I bought this umbrella in mid June 2021. I loved it until last month (July 2022) when the crank that opens the umbrella stopped working. When I open the umbrella now, the crank starts turning on its own (closing the umbrella) and, after less than 5 minutes, you’re left with an umbrella that is halfway between open and closed. Extremely disappointed that this happened after only 13 months, rendering the umbrella useless.
- The infinite tilt feature allows for easy adjustment of the umbrella throughout the day
- May not be suitable for those on a tight budget
