So I don't mind getting creative with my crafts, but judging by the pictures in this article you might be thinking of the "sweet side" . sticker would face outwards towards the window. For these it is not. These are ordinary stickers, for example on a wall or a solid door. However, if you clean the window well first and stick the stickers straight off the film, they may have enough static electricity to last a while, but don't hit or blow on them as they will fall off. . The sticky side is VERY strong, so place accordingly. I just used some tape to secure them in place and they work fine.
