So far has exceeded my expectations and will continue doing well for us

I love how easy it is to use, you can literally just go in there with nothing but an internet connection (no software or anything) then start creating segments from that point forward! It's very intuitive - no need to learn any new terminology as everything seems straight-forward enough once set up correctly. There are some limitations when using this tool outside North America; however they're working hard at fixing those issues so hopefully we'll see more countries supported soon. We've been able find exactly what our customers want by simply searching through their website traffic patterns without needing much manual intervention afterwards.

Pros

It's very easy to use and the tool is very intuitive

Cons

It's a very new tool and the limitations of the tool when using outside of North America is a very new and very new tool and we're working hard with our customers to see to it that the limitations are soon to go
