Insights for Business is a great platform that allows marketers to track and understand the social media activity of customers. It also helps to discover what type of content is resonating with the audience. The platform is very easy to use and is a great starting point for any marketing professional. I would love to see a few more features. There are some that are missing in the current version. I am a marketing professional and I have used Insights for Business in tracking and understanding the social media activity of customers. The insights I get and the data that is collected are very useful for my team.
