Re-Rating 10/15: I contacted Amazon for help sourcing a replacement part but they were unable to ship just one part. They kindly gave me a refund for the product and gave me a link to contact the seller for the part. As soon as I contacted the seller he wanted to send me the part but then decided he didn't want to do that as I had received a refund from Amazon. Lack of customer service from the seller (Amazon clearly goes above and beyond for their customers); It is clear that the seller does not endorse their products, and this indicates not only poor quality control and poor service, but also selling dangerous products to small children who may be seriously injured. I do not recommend this seller and their products. Preview, early October: There wasn't much time to assemble due to personal stuff, so it took me a few days to spend some time on it. I finally assembled it and a part broke just as I was beginning to unscrew it. The screw hole was far away and before I knew it the wood was cracking. Exactly as others have mentioned. The part that broke on me was marked D. I will try to find a replacement part and decide whether to keep it or return it unless I get a real part that doesn't actually break.
