I'm a big fan of cleansing balm as the first step of a double cleanse. This product fills the bill for me for what I need. This product has a good list of ingredients that I feel comfortable using. I love the idea of having it in a tube and rubbing it straight into the skin. It's very easy to use. It definitely melted my makeup instantly and blends easily over my face and eyes so I don't have to rub too hard which I like. My issue with this product and the reason it got a star is that you only need to use quite a bit of product to really melt your makeup. It's a small container and given the amount you need to use (and the prices) I'll probably keep it in my travel bag instead of using it daily. Also, it's perfect for travel as you don't have to worry about it spilling, melting and possibly leaking, but it doesn't open up and spill like other products. Overall, this is a good makeup remover balm with good ingredients. Realizing it could be better for travel I would recommend it.
