The customer service is excellent! They are very easy to deal with any time of day or night if you have an issue they will respond quickly (within minutes) as well always solve your problem in addition their systems run flawlessly so everything has been great since I started working here over 2 years ago now!! There's not much but this product works like magic for us because it allows me access from anywhere which saves money & makes life easier when i'm away at college etc where my office isn't near campus easily accessible by car/train ect..
