Review on 🪑 Optimized: Ameriwood Home Penelope Entryway Storage Bench - Espresso Finish with Cushion by Tyler Gannamani

We bought this bench for the entrance to our apartment and quite frankly it adds the perfect touch of warm home comfort. It was a bit of a hassle to assemble, but then it was worth it. The only complaint I have about it is that you can easily split the wood if you're not very careful. We were a hair's breadth from a screw slot, and as we tried to screw it in, we heard the horrible crunch of split wood. We put it back together with wood glue, but I would recommend being very careful and just making sure the screw is 100% fully seated in the slot. The other issue is minor, but they have self-adhesive velcro so you can keep the pillow in place on the bench. Unfortunately our velcro never stuck so we just went ahead and bought our own. This is a minor inconvenience, but it would still be nice if what they provided actually worked. Other than that it's pretty awesome and I would still recommend it to anyone looking for some kind of cheap bench :)
