Decent construction, fairly easy assembly (you know I love to assemble) but the chair was uncomfortable. I work 10-11 hours a day at my desk. The recline of the seat (which is not adjustable) was uncomfortable and caused back cramps. The rear lock (compared to the swing recline) and seat height adjustment worked well. Attention, once you have reassembled it, you can no longer take it apart to put it back in the return box. I tried calling the company's service number (during business hours) but received no answer. I think it goes without saying that I would not recommend this chair. This has nothing to do with the chair and is not reflected in my rating, but I was (for the first time!) disappointed with Revain's customer service when attempting to return it. . I explained that I couldn't take it apart far enough to put it back in the box. The rep told me to put half in the garbage bag and the rest back in the box and created two mail forms to assure me UPS would take them. As I suspected, UPS just laughed. So now I have a useless chair in my office, half packed and half packed until I take it to Goodwill.
