Comfortable in my hand
Love it even though it's a one-directional vegetable peeler. It doesn't matter to me because I peel in one direction only and not back and forth. The handle is comfortable and it's much better than the old fashioned cheap metal ones that I used to use. I'm new to ceramic for cutting and I'm impressed. It peels smoothly and easily. I like that it's dishwasher safe too.
- Leaves less waste when peeling vegetables
- The ceramic blade may not be as effective for creating decorative cuts or designs
