LOVE: Very easy to use, right out of the box. Very fast compared to what I'm used to; Opens browser immediately, 1-2 seconds to open search. Wireless and Bluetooth are very easy to set up. The screen resolution is very sharp and clear. LESS LOVE: The maximum battery life is stated as 8 hours. I use the battery intermittently throughout the day and have about 50% battery power left. Nowadays I'm always close to the energy source, so it's not a big deal. The volume could be a bit louder and quite tinny. Not much when there's bass. Windows 10 S is a bit restrictive, so it will be removed almost immediately. Very easy and now I have access to the apps I need. Bought to teach and learn on Zoom and Zoom is not available on Windows 10 S. Overall I really like this laptop. My version doesn't have a touchscreen, but the wireless mouse and touchpad work fine.
