Review on ConPus Replacement Rotator DuoClean Powered by Sarita Smith

I got these filters for my Shark Rotator model that I have owned for a few years. I've washed and dried the cylindrical foam filter and the round flat filter, but they've gotten to the point that the foam filter looks extra dirty even after washing with soap and water. I also tried washing the HEPA filter with minimal results. The dirt gets between the folds of the filter and you can't get it out. If you can't see any light between the filter blades, you're done. I have placed my dirty original filters at the top of the photo and these new replacement filters at the bottom. As you can see there is very little difference. The cylindrical foam filter seems to have a slightly smaller opening, but it fits. The fins of the original HEPA filter appear to have some sort of thread wrapped around the fins. The new HEPA also has a plastic mesh over the fins. It just looks better in the original. I've vacuumed with the old filters and vacuumed with the new ones and haven't noticed any difference in performance. With the new filters the vacuum didn't work or sound different and the suction was good so I'll call that a win. I put off buying new filters thinking they would cost a fortune, but at this price I can afford to change them more often.
