Very limited use case

I bought this inverter for use in a solar/battery configuration to power ham radios, computers and possibly a room air conditioner. Here's what I found: 1. Although this unit is rated for 4000W Pulse / 2000W Continuous, it will not run an 800W air conditioner. 2. RF spurious emissions from this device generated DC noise of +40dB up to 50MHz and likely higher, making the device totally unsuitable for use in the vicinity of radio equipment. 3. The user manual does not list any FCC or UL certifications. There is no way this device can pass FCC Part B certification. I'm not sure if it's legal to sell this device in the United States. 4. I have emailed my concerns to the support email address and have not received a reply. 5. When the room temperature exceeds 95F, the inverter will turn off no matter how light the load. Since I live in Texas where temperatures are above 100F 20-30 days a year, this device will not work in my garage or work truck. The wattage is below the minimum specification and you don't need to listen to radios. I gave it 2 stars because it has 4 outputs while most inverters only have 1 or 2. I will start the return today because this device cannot serve me in any way. Now I know I need to carefully research FCC Part A and B certifications.
