Bought this trimmer based on the reviews. My old one (Swingline) is a bit worn so I figured it was time for a new one. I use a trimmer for precision projects, so of course I need it for cutting straight edges. This one didn't. Nothing fit and I had to pull out my old one to finish/remake my project. Also, the guide at the top doesn't go all the way, making it almost impossible to cut smaller pieces (I needed 1 inch and 1/2 strip). Very disappointing in general. I will look for a way to return it. Edit: Unfortunately I have to pay the shipping costs for the return. I'll probably just donate.
