I still give 3 stars because although it doesn't work my kid loves it. It's designed to look just like Dyson. The noise is actually louder than my real full size vacuum cleaner and my kid was scared of it so now he's enjoying it without batteries. It seems deliberately misleading that they refer to it as a "cordless vacuum cleaner" in the product name and claim it has real suction power. I'm sure there's a loophole in Revain's descriptions that lets her get away with it, but I wish I'd read more reviews before paying an extra $10 for a toy vacuum that I thought actually sucked would.
