If you have a lot of experience replacing PSP cases, this kit is a no-brainer. Most experts say that the PSP 2000 is the easiest to switch to a new shell. Unlike cheaper PSP direct from China, this Ostent case is solid color and the extrusion is 90% OEM I would say. ABS plastic has a real sense of weight and resistance to breakage. The only complaints are: - No d-pad membrane so you have no choice but to use your old one. - The UMD door latch is too round - had to use the old one which has sharper ends. - The kit does not include UMD door hinge guide, so you must use the old one. - The triggers had a small extra plastic pad that I had to cut off.-- There is an extra, third hole on the front bezel to the left of the status lights - I think this is a manufacturing defect. Overall surprisingly good performance. Ignore the negative reviews from the inexperienced.
