I have been using a different cleanser for my baby's sensitive skin but noticed some rough spots on her ankles and thought she might need a more intensely moisturizing cleanser. I chose this one based on the rating and the price, both are great. It doesn't lather very well, but that's not a measure of cleaning power, so I didn't care. This sometimes leads to the person being tempted to use more of the Ghana they need from time to time and I have to remind my husband to be thrifty as using too much detergent can dry out the baby's skin. . Even though it's a plastic bottle, I squeeze it as hard as I can to squeeze out a small amount. And if you are too persistent, a huge stain will appear, and it will be much more than you need. I wish there was a pumping mechanism that comes with Aquafor Gentle Skin Cleanser instead. Overall this is a great cleanser as the bumps on my daughter's feet have gone. I would rate it a 4.5 and recommend parents keep it in a separate container with a pump for use in baths.
