I decided to wash it in the washing machine on the gentle cycle with cold water. I also put it in the dryer on the delicate/low setting. I was worried it would fall off or fall apart but it looked BRAND NEW and very fluffy - no mats at all! As soon as I put it down she got up and sniffed it for a second and then climbed back in to take a nap. I'm so glad it survived the machine wash and dry and now she's in love again! ———Original review: My cat is obsessed with this bed, as soon as I opened it she jumped in and barely got out. since. She is a medium sized cat and I have 24x24. She looks so cute and happy snuggling into his side and she likes to hide her face under the fluff to block the light. She gave up all her other sleeping places in the house so now I move the bed from room to room when I want her to hang out with me! I even fell asleep with her on it, with my head on my side, it's so soft and comfortable I couldn't help it. Also, pink is so cute and kind of cool ombre effect. If you really want to spoil your cat, I highly recommend this bed!
