I wish I had made a better choice. This car looks very nice in pictures but not so good in person. Lots and lots of design flaws. "Stainless steel" is really thin, almost foil. The trays have many raised and protruding parts that cannot be seen in the photos, making tray mat cutting almost impossible. It dries fairly well and holds a decent volume, but it can't handle very wet food, as the hole in the center makes it difficult to line it with plastic without leaking. Which would be nice except everything leaks and the base can't be cleaned - the motor cover doesn't come off and there's nothing to stop all the little drips and bits from getting in - once the cycle is complete it's plugged in. , really good and you can't use water or soap, you just have to scratch and poke it. The time settings are weirdly random = I can't set 130, should be 131 or 136, all odd numbers.
