The best thing about this software is that it has everything you need to manage your business at once without having too many different applications open up or needing several people working together for things like email campaigns etc..

I dislike how difficult some of their features are when compared against other more popular programs such as Hubspot but they do have good support if needed so no real complaints here! We use KMPI across all our marketing departments which include Email Marketing Campaigns & Sales Funnels - we can track performance from multiple angles within 1 platform allowing us greater control over each department's success than before!!
