Review on Enhanced Cuisinart CGC-280 Griddle Cover - 28-Inch Size by Timothy Hughes

Great product. I've grilled quite a bit and also smoked meats, but wanted to learn how to pan cook. I always loved seeing how the old seasoned diner cooks could cook up so many good dishes on the griddle so quickly and seemingly effortlessly. I know it's a good brand so I tried this one and it met all my expectations. Seasoning the surface of the pan was actually a fun project. It has lasted most of the morning but now it has a really nice patina and nothing is sticking out of place. I have prepared ribeye, breakfast items, eggs in different variations and different kinds of fresh vegetables. The asparagus was excellent! The size is perfect for me to take with me on a hike. I wanted a two burner model to have a temperature difference in the pan when I needed it. It is easily adjustable and keeps the temperature well. The surface of the pan is solid enough to retain heat well. I will cook pork chops.
