I'm very happy with it! The sound is excellent within reason. This is NOT Beats by Dre or BOSE. It has some basis and is very clear. It lasts 5-6 hours on me, jumps right onto the magnetic contacts and has no problem charging. I wear it to work and listen to music all day. I've been told it's very good at making calls and callers can hear me clearly, although those watching must think I've completely lost my mind with no visible handset or phone speaking! It appears to be a hearing aid or white noise generator. I was telling my boss at work about the white noise generator when he finally noticed it as headphones are not allowed. Overall I couldn't be happier. I can use it in either ear, although it is intended for the right ear. I use it in my left ear most often. While it has a downside, the rubber tip can easily detach from the earcup and stay in your ear. It's ok, you can pull it out or if you can't grab it, the tip of the pen will help move it to where you can grab it. I use the small size because the big hoop tires my ear. I wish there was a little bezel and a groove to hold the tips in the earbud. I'm looking for ways to make the tip stick better to the earbud.
